Goldey-Beacom College

A new tradition has begun in the Goldey-Beacom College Athletic's Department: The awarding of Chi Alpha Sigma honors to Lightning student-athletes. At the 2022 Student-Athlete Awards Ceremony, eligible student-athletes were honored with induction into the the National College Athlete Honor Society, Chi Alpha Sigma, in recognition of excellence both on and off the field. Eligiblity requirements for the honors include good citizenship, moral character and friendship as well as at least a 3.4 GPA and having completed at least five semesters.
