Goldey-Beacom College Announces 2026 Convocation
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Wilmington, DE (08/10/2026) — Goldey-Beacom College (GBC) is pleased to announce its sixth annual Convocation on Friday, August 21, 2026. Beginning at 11:00 a.m. students, staff, faculty, trustees and community guests will gather in the Event Center to kick off the 2026-2027 academic year.
To welcome the incoming class of 2030, President Colleen Perry Keith will address attendees with College updates, future plans and what to expect during the upcoming academic year.

Other highlights include a Lightning Unity Walk followed by a GBC Community BBQ on the Quad. Entertainment will be provided by The Suits, featuring founder and lead guitarist JJ Becerra, a current Goldey-Beacom College student and admissions recruiter.

Shroff is the recipient of the GBC 2026 President's Award for Achieving Greater, recognizing his extraordinary combination of academic achievement, entrepreneurial leadership, and global impact. Shroff earned a comprehensive Master of Business Administration from GBC in 2026.
Outside of work, Shroff is an aviation enthusiast who enjoys flying the Piper Archer in Delaware. He also values spending quality time with his wife and young daughter, making family a central part of his life.
